If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 calendar days of the item’s delivery date. A return will be approved only for merchandise that is unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. • Custom and Made-to-Order Products

• On Sale, Discounted, Promotional, and Clearance Items
  All items purchased on sale, at a discount, on clearance, or as part of a promotion are final sales and not eligible for return.

Email sales@homeandkids.co with your order number and reason for return to obtain a prepaid return label. We will email you a return label, provided the product and order are eligible for return. Please affix the label to the box and hand the package to the carrier within five business days of receiving the return label. You may also call either carrier to arrange a pickup at your residence if needed.

Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue store credit equal to the net merchandise price: the original outbound shipping cost and the return label cost will be deducted from the refund. No restocking fees apply.

Returned goods that show signs of wear, use, installation, damage, or missing components will not be eligible for a refund. Home & Kids Co. reserves the right to determine whether returned merchandise meets the above condition standards. This Return Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and may be amended at our sole discretion without prior notice.
