Shipping damage is the worst. Unfortunately, there's no way around it, and humans are imperfect. Likewise, we strive to provide a premium product that is exactly what you desire most. However, that's not always possible 100% of the time. If you feel your item is defective in some way, please let us know using this form. Don't worry, stay calm, take the emotions out of it; there's always a solution, and we are here to help.

Requirements

The following form is required when submitting a shipping damage or item defect claim. Other forms of communication are not accepted. You must notify us of your damages or defects within 48 hours of delivery—this applies to all orders. Please do not delay inspecting your item (e.g., waiting for a particular project phase, project completion, closing, or move-in day). Please follow the guided steps below. We have tried to make this as simple as possible, and please understand that the information being collected helps ensure that we can process your claim and provide a solution as quickly as possible.

For shipping damage claims, a minimum of four photos are required and they are:

  1. A close up photo of the damage being reported.
  2. A photo of the entire damaged product in the frame.
  3. A photo of entire packaging exterior with any corresponding damage.
  4. A photo of the packaging with the shipping visible in the photo.
